We understand that you may have some questions as you start using French Together. Here are some of the most common questions we receive, along with their answers.
How do I create an account and start my free trial?
To create an account, simply fill in the required information on the signup page. Once you've submitted the form, you'll be redirected the the pricing page so you can choose a plan and start your free trial.
Your free trial will start after your enter your payment details. You will then have 7 days to try the app totally risk-free and will only be charged at the end of the trial (unlesss you cancel before.)
How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, go to the password reset page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Click on this link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Where can I download the mobile app?
French Together is a web-based app so there is no need to download anything.
