Bienvenue ! Welcome!

Bienvenue to the French Together app! :) I'm so excited to see you here.

The first thing you need to know is that there is no right or wrong way to use it but regularity is essential. It’s better to use this course for 5 minutes every day, rather than two hours once a week.

Every day you spend learning French is an accomplishment you should feel proud of. That's why French Together proudly display your "Days Practiced" count on your dashboard. Every day spent studying will show up. Even if you only spend 5 minutes.

Life gets busy and there may be days or even weeks when you forget/don't have time to log in and study French. If this happens, don't worry! Your "Days Practiced" count never resets so you can always pick up where you left off by simply opening the app and clicking on "learn Now".

Now let's talk about let's talk about the 2 components that make French Together so powerful!

  1. Lessons

  2. Flashcards

Each lesson walks you through and everyday conversation and trains you to not only understand it but also become an active participant. By the end of each lesson, you will have practiced all the key skills you need to speak with confidence in real-life.

You may find going through your first few lessons a bit difficult. That's totally normal. Unlike other apps, French Together prepares you for real-life conversations which can be a bit daunting at first. Keep at it for a few days and I can promise you you will soon find yourself much more confident in your ability to speak and understand French.

After each lesson, you will be prompted to review your flashcards for the days. The flashcards are a great way to review the lessons you've already completed and make sure you don't forget all the vocabulary you learned.
