Audio and microphone issues
Audio not playing
If the audio is not playing, please make sure your device is not in silent mode or has the volume set to off.

Microphone access
If you use an iPad or iPhone and can't get the microphone recording to work, please check that you have given microphone access to Safari.
To do this go to Settings -> Safari -> Microphone -> "Allow" or "Ask."
